I’ve always received my package, and I will continue to use the patches they are good, they stop you picking, they also make you more full quicker, and give you more energy I’ve used them over a year now and I’ve lost 2 stone in weight I’d rather loose it slowly then fast, not to pour it back on again
Terrible service and I'm being scammed by Weightworld. On January 19th, when I phoned them, they said they were sending out my order finally....... I asked for a tracking number which I tracked today again, and informs me no items were received for this tracking number. Beware before you get scammed.
51 days I'm waiting for my Weightworld order. I've made numerous phone calls to their call centre in India. A manager and various staff members have assured me they were sending out 2 bottles of Magnesium Bisglycinate I paid for, and a complimentary bottle of Krill Oil because I've been a good customer since 2024. However 51 days later I've had nothing. I'll be phoning them again today and probably getting another promise of goods going out immediately. I'll keep you updated as I don't understand why their rating is so high.
I’ve returned a vibration plate mid Jan and have not heard anything from the company regarding refunding me. I have emailed, whatsapp and still no response. Luckily I paid via Klarna who are helping resolve the issue but I’ve been completely ghosted by the company - do not order from them!!

25 minutes later I phoned again. Helpful chap promised me I'll get my 2 bottles of magnesium and a complimentary bottle of Krill Oil within 24 hours.
It's 44 days since I ordered these supplements. Ah, Weightworld, you are such a rogue company. We'll see if they arrive.

Don’t buy the matcha !!Colour taste and everything is clearly culinary grade and they are selling it onto as ceremonial. I have to pay to mail back the matcha I bought. Look at Amazon reviews I wish I had ! They report the same these guys are selling and lying 🤥
I don’t know if Trustpilot has vetted this site for fake reviews but they do not deserve the rating on this site and I am sure they are not real reviews due to my experience.Order #5505389037 was acknowledged on their website but no email confirmation was sent. Luckily due to previous experience I screen shot the purchase confirmation. No order was delivered to my address. I had ordered two items but neither was delivered. Also I revived zero response or acknowledgement from the company when I contacted them about my outstanding order. I have been completely ignored by weightworld uk when I raised my concerns via their email address ‘info@weightworlduk’. I revived no response after numerous attempts to contact them. However, they continue to bombard me with their sales emails to purchase further products while they do nothing to produce the products already ordered. I mean the cheek! I did check the reviews on Trustpilot prior to purchasing which makes me think that they are fake reviews due to the zero service I received after paying for very expensive products which they did not deliver. Terrible terrible company. Trustpilot look into the previous reviews for this company on Trustpilot. They do not deserve the 1 star review I provided. It’s a star for merely having a website!
