Very unhappy with Shed. There are much more reasonably priced GLP-1 prescribers out there. Getting the medication shipped after the first shipment was a hassle each time. It caused me to have a lapse in treatment in each subsequent month when consistency is key. I found another provider for half the cost.
Mike was so nice!! I'll be happy to get more calls from him every time lol I'll have to come visit you some day in BELIZE!! I only rated 4 stars because, I haven't received my shipment, yet. But the welcome call was great, it felt a little hurried but overall great. Mike was wonderful and deserves a raise :D
I placed an order today. Went to schedule the doctor visit, which wasn’t disclosed was needed. Unable to schedule an appointment. Went to just cancel the order. Unable to do so because I have be signed up for 2 months. So now I’m going to be out almost $600 and receive no meds. Can’t talk to an actual person to get this resolved. I just want my money back. Their reply to this is bogus as well. I already tried calling them and all you can do is leave voicemails.
I would not recommend Shed RX based on my recent experience. My prescription fulfillment took significantly longer than the timeline that was promised, with little to no proactive communication about the delay.
Because this involves GLP-1 medication, timing and consistency are critical. The extended delay disrupted my schedule and created unnecessary stress. When I reached out for clarification, customer service responses were slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to get clear answers.
In a subscription-based healthcare model, reliability and responsiveness should be a priority. That standard was not met.
I’ve been using SHED for almost a year and I truly love the customer service. Elizabeth was great—she provided excellent support and was very kind. Quick responses, good products, and being able to use my HSA makes it even better.

At first my experience with shed was great but when it came time to get my next refill is were it started going down hill (which I’m still waiting for btw) I messaged over and over it was 3 days before anyone get back to me and they said just wait for the text message for your refill it will come 9 days before it’s time. So I waited and nothing came. I started messaging again took another couple day. They said well you probably need to do a video call. Which was and had been scheduled for march 24. I explained what is going on and at this point I’m due for my next dose in a week. The lady said you must have missed your refill registration which I never got. Told her that too and she said well then you need to do a video call told her it’s scheduled for march 24. She ok let me look, she looked saw it was and said I will put in an urgent for your refill. Got a call yesterday and had to explain the whole thing all over again and was told they would try their hardest to get my refill done before I need it. Which is in 2 days. I have received any of my other subscriptions which I have 3 that I paid for almost 2 weeks ago and those run out in 2 days as well. But you have already taken the money out of my account for those 3 and the membership fee.

Horrible customer service. When you reply with something along the lines of “No that doesn’t answer my question. Can you please explain…” you get the silent treatment. No one replies to your chats.
Inadequate portal. If you need to find out where in the process your meds are, the portal will show you last month’s info.
No consistency in receiving your shipment of medications. Their doctors recommend consistency yet the cannot deliver your medication to be able to be consistent. Starting and stopping medication is not advocating healthy standards.
While I haven’t started my medication just yet, due to unrelated obligations that would have kept me from being consistent. Shed was easy to sign up with, shipped quickly and followed up the same day. Mike with the she team was clear and told me about any support services and the way the medication ships
