We do like Weird Fish, but this was our first online purchase from them. All was good, though - high quality, great fir, excellent styling and materials and easy order process.
I needed to reach out to the support team about a sizing mistake. They responded quickly to my inquiry via email. I communicated several times with a representative who was incredibly helpful. She arranged a replacement and provided the necessary forms to return the incorrect item. Overall, a very efficient and friendly customer service experience.
I truly appreciate the company, as their products consistently demonstrate high quality. I selected this shirt primarily for its appealing colors and the cozy brushed cotton material. An extra perk was that it was on sale! The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was quite prompt as well. Overall, excellent service.
I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have accumulated numerous t-shirts, fleeces, and socks. I purchase them for myself or receive them as gifts from family. Whenever I visit the local store, the staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to help. Great job by the team! 👍🏼
I ordered a size smaller, but it ended up being enormous on me. It looked nothing like the pictures online, and the material and color were completely different. I was excited based on the photos, but in reality, it was a letdown.
I placed an order on December 18th and requested next day delivery as I needed the item by December 23rd at the latest. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive on the 19th or the 20th. After raising my concerns, I received a refund for the next day delivery fee. Eventually, the item was delivered to a nearby post office on the 23rd. I understand that postal services can be busy during the holiday season, which is why I opted for next day delivery. If it can't be guaranteed, perhaps it shouldn't be offered at all?

I was happy with the product—it's a lovely dress and fits well. However, I encountered issues with the delivery. I requested it to be sent to a store, not realizing it would be delivered through a standard service. After multiple delivery attempts, I found a photo showing my parcel dumped in a random car park near a restaurant in the shopping area, with no clear indication of its location. It was frustrating to search through shops and restaurants to locate my package, which I then had to take to an unusual shop on Christmas Eve! The staff were very helpful, but it seems to be a recurring problem, so I hope they consider changing delivery services soon.
Request for a review after a frustrating experience... I have yet to receive my item, which was supposed to arrive on 15th December. I've reached out to inform them that it hasn't arrived and am waiting for a response! There's my feedback... What will the service do about it?
