Fake Dutch website… Chinese vendor!

The website looks like a legit Dutch company when it’s a CHINA vendor sending stuff at very high prices (supposedly high Dutch quality), shipping stuff from China with no indication of delivery times!! Impossible to send back for free and get a refund. Don’t buy there!!! I wished I had read the reviews earlier

A very DISHONEST website

1. After buying 1 item, I was charged for another item 2 hours after the initial purchase 2. Quality possibly the worst - what was advertised as linnen, turned out to be most likely some synthetic product, which was probably the reason why the items had zero labels3. You’re forced to pay for the return of the items to a Chinese national ($80 with registered UPS)4. The Chinese national refused to accept delivery of the UPS package5. Impossible to reach Zivora customer service by phone6. When communicating to their customer service by email, they stopped answering my emails, once the Chinese national refused to accept the returned goods7. Etc…

I wish I had seen the reviews otherwise…

I wish I had seen the reviews otherwise I would never have ordered from them. We did not like the product and mailed it back. I see it is sitting in China since May 23. They state I will receive a refund once they receive the item. I have emailed multiple times. I fear I will not get my 200,00 back. Stay away from this company.

BIG time scam

This company do not deserve a single star. its been 6 weeks and i have not received my order. It is a full blown out scam. DO NOT buy anything on this platform. Otherwise, you will regret it...

Don’t buy on Zivora!

Unfortunately we can’t put 0 star ! This is the worst online experience. The clothes are horrific and come from China! If you want to return them, you must pay the shipping costs to China without being sure they will refund you at the end! This website needs to be closed because it’s a scam.

Wrong product, late delivery, expensive return shipping costs

I ordered suade boots from Zivora, for my daughter and I. First, one pair wasn't real suade. 2nd, the order is coming from China and it took weeks to arrive! 3rd, I ordered a size bigger for both to wear with thick socks, and they are still too small even with normal socks! 4th, they still made me pay shipping costs to send it back to China! They don't mention that anywhere on their website! It looks like a Dutch shop. I am furious!! This is THE WORST webshop EVER! You are literally throwing your money away,don't bother!

I ordered a jacket

I ordered a jacket, and let me tell you, it was not the same oversized jacket i saw in the picture. It was supposed to have a vintage ish washed out look. The jacket arrived after almost a month, and it was just whole brown, not like the picture at all. Then i asked for a refund, and they told me the best they can do is 30%, at this point i'm like okay, i'll take it. She told me it would take 2-5 days to be in my account... It's been over a month now and i mailed her about it and she told me they had some "technical issues" . And i still didn't get my refund. I am never ordering from here again, and i advise everyone to stay away from their site
