Order Cancellation Without Explanation

I placed an order for some cookie mix through a platform, and it was confirmed, but then cancelled the next day without any explanation. I was advised to reorder, but the item was out of stock. Later, when I attempted to reorder, the product appeared to be in stock, only for it to go out of stock again. I declined a substitution option, which seems to be the issue. Without the ability to choose an alternative flavor, they are unable to fulfill orders for products they don't actually have.

Disappointing experience with cookie mix

I ordered a cookie mix from a seller using an online platform. The order was confirmed but then canceled the following day without any explanation. Unsatisfactory shopping experience

I visited a local store and found that most of the produce spoiled within days; items like lettuce, onions, and cucumbers didn't last. The prices were significantly high. I purchased egg salad from the deli, but it was overwhelmingly flavored with dill. I also tried to obtain a digital card, which took nearly 15 minutes for the staff to resolve. A nearby competitor is much better.

If any issues arise, speaking to the store manager usually leads to a resolution. One staff member in the produce department exemplifies great customer service and is always willing to assist.
