Avoid this service - untrustworthy.

This service is untrustworthy - steer clear. We required urgent electrical assistance. They arrived at an agreed fee, falsely diagnosed a non-existent issue, and then quoted over £2,600 to fix it. We declined their offer and resolved the problem the next day at no cost. This service is deceptive; do not engage with them. We've reported them to the relevant authorities.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company.

I truly didn't want to give any stars. I found this service online for my daughter, who was moving into a new apartment and needed lighting installation. I paid the deposit as requested and asked them to send me an invoice upon completion. As a member of the clergy, I was in a meeting with a grieving couple today. Once the work was finished at my daughter's place, I requested the invoice again, promising to settle the balance after my meeting. However, my phone rang incessantly every 25 seconds; the technician refused to leave the apartment and demanded that I cease helping the bereaved couple to pay immediately. Initially, they refused to send the invoice and repeatedly harassed me, using intimidating and threatening language, even telling my daughter they would remove all the lights. The so-called General Manager called and wrongfully accused me of refusing to pay. I explained that I was assisting a grieving family and would settle the invoice in an hour. He became aggressive and self-centered, comparing himself to customers at a grocery store, insisting I should drop everything to make the payment. He showed no empathy for the bereaved couple, which is quite telling of his character. I had to inform the grieving couple that this company considers itself of utmost importance, disregarding everyone else. Be cautious if you decide to use this service; you will face threats, intimidation, verbal abuse, and relentless harassment.
