The clipper is easy to use, cuts the hair easily and the battery has a long life. Im not that experienced but I'm able to produce pretty nice fades with these clippers. After I had some problems with the battery it was easy for me to reach out to the customer service and they sent me a new one. I have no problems with the new one so im convinced that it was a one time thing. In the end im really happy with my purchase.
