We Make Footballers hosted my boys 7th birthday party, Connor and his team were excellent with the boys & girls, great games, keeping it very fun. They all received a Prime and a medal which they were all happy about. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a football party!
We had a wonderful experience with We Make Footballers at our 8 year old daughter's birthday party. Freya and Lilly were kind, patient and energetic as they spearheaded the children's games and activities. The children all had a wonderful time.
I would give the We Make Footballers Team in Walthamstow zero stars, based on the experience of my son’s trial introductory session, however the lowest score that I could select on Trustpilot was one star. The We Make Footballers Walthamstow Team emailed me to ask if my son and I were able to make the introductory football session. This was my response to them:The fact that you are asking if we were able to attend the introductory football session speaks volumes. We did attend the football session, but we left early because the lesson was unsatisfactory. Clearly, the coaches did not make a note of our son attending. When we arrived, there was no acknowledgement. No eye contact. No greeting. My son has been attending SoccerDays from the age of 2 and whenever we entered the hall the coach would acknowledge us and say hello to my son using his name. There was no etiquette in this class. My husband asked a coach a question twice and the coach did not answer. It was not a case of my husband not being understood. My husband was just ignored by the coach. I am an experienced primary school teacher and have worked in education for nearly twenty years. I believe the lesson was unsatisfactory for the following reasons: You have potentially three different age groups in one class: EYFS; KS1 and KS2. Yet there is no differentiation in the lesson. There were three coaches present. Why not split the class into three groups? My four year old son was not able to follow all of the instructions because they were multiple step instructions. And most importantly, the instructions were not clear. One of the coaches asked another coach to clarify because he too was not sure what the instructions were. When the children were not able to follow the instructions the coach seemed frustrated and annoyed. This was when the children were playing as two teams Chelsea and Arsenal. There were four goals and the children were getting the goal numbers and the teams mixed up. One of the coaches did not know which children were on the Arsenal team and which were on the Chelsea team. This shows that the coaches were not all prepared for the lesson and that the explanation was not clear. Also, there were no visual prompts. In teaching, it is also unacceptable to negatively single out any child for a misunderstanding. This leads to my last point that my husband and I did not like the atmosphere of the class. My son was new and the coach did not acknowledge him by name or make eye contact with us as the parents. The coach did not try to build a positive relationship with our son from the start. My son is four years old. Little children need encouragement and praise. SoccerDays was very nurturing. This lesson we attended with We Make Footballers was not. Why advertise the class for four year olds when there is no provision for them? You are just setting them up to fail. Needless to say we will not be returning. We found the whole experience very disappointing and a waste of time for us. I do hope that you will consider my feedback. This was the initial response to my feedback - “Hi there, Thank you for the feedback. I will let the team know.”
Could not recommend Michael and the team in Belfast enough. My boys have been to their holidays camps before and loved it so we booked Michael to come to my youngests birthday party. He was great with the kids who all had the best time. They haven't stopped talking about it and want the same again for the next party.
Great coaches especially Idris and Valentino! My kids been with them since day one and always looking forward to the football training.Kids has been improving and learn more skills every week.I have witnessed how the coaches teaches the kids and I’m really impressed and they worked so hard. They have done a fantastic job!Well done and hope coaches keep up the great work! I will highly recommend this to anyone interested in football for their kids.
I have been sending my children to We Make Footballers Teddington since they were 4 and 5 years old. And they have been going to camp in almost every time they had. They just love to go and play football. The couches are amazing. My youngest son Aaron he was 4 years old when we went to Fun Flair that’s where everything changed for us. Lauren saw Aaron had potential and invited him to Cobham after that we started to invest more in Aaron. Shortly after Fun Flair he was scouted and now he is at pre academy in Arsenal, Chelsea, Fulham, Tottenham and QPR. We will always be grateful to Lauren for seeing Aaron.
My 5-year-old son, Adrian, attends football classes at the Ealing branch in London. Not only is he happy, but my husband and I are also extremely pleased with our choice of this academy. Their coaching team is incredibly dedicated, patient, and professional. They inspire and engage the children, making the experience truly enjoyable. My son absolutely loves his classes and his coaches, especially Rory. Rory is a kind and well-mannered coach who has made a great impression on Adrian. So far, my son has invited two of his friends to join this academy, which shows how much he enjoys it.I am very happy and satisfied with this academy and would confidently recommend it to everyone!
My son started when he was 5 and the coaches were very helpful in settling him nicely. He progressed into the next class soon as they recognised he was ready for the challenge and this kept him well engaged. The coaches make it fun for them and my son is happy at the end of each evening.
We make footballers has been both of my boys favourite place to go every single week Jonah and the team are great, the improvement my boys have made in the past year is all down to them, not to mention the opportunity’s they give with there talent ids one of my sons are now being monitored by qpr because of this and can’t thank them enough I would highly recommend to any parent that are looking to get there child in to a friendly club to have fun with experienced coaches to take them to the next level looking forward to 2025 Thanks WMF
