Review Time
I first ordered from this company in October 2025 and had a good experience. Product was shipped and arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. To this day we still use and love it. However I ordered 2 additional products in December 2025 for Christmas presents. Shipping was delayed which at that time of the year I understand happens, so no big deal. After getting the products and setting them up both were non functional. So I sent an email to about getting replacement products because again things happen that people/companies can’t control and since we love our original purchase I just wanted replacements. I had to send 3 emails before getting a single response. After finally getting a response they wanted proof so I complied and took the videos and pictures proving they were nonfunctional and emailed them back within hours of receiving the request. Another 3 weeks goes by with no response which seems to be a pattern. They will email, I’ll respond promptly then I hear nothing for weeks, this has been going on since December. Twice now I’ve been told one thing then in the next email they say the opposite. Beginning of February I’d finally hit my breaking point and I told them enough is enough and I no longer wanted replacements just a refund. It’s now the end of February and I’m still wanting on my refund even though the email I got stated a refund was being processed, which again was 3 weeks ago. Yesterday I received an email stating replacements products were delivered which isn’t the case. So now I’ve escalated things because this whole situation has become impossible and I’ve reported them to the better business bureau and am disputing the charge with my bank. After going back and forth with them for almost 3 months at this point I’ve completely lost any and all understanding and patience with this company. We will never buy from them again and have been advising people against it as well.
Customer service for this company is HORRIBLE!! Order #264736 placed Feb 5th and no communication outside of the order confirmation e-mail. Tried to track my order, but the site keeps saying it can't find my order. I contacted the company via email (which is the ONLY way to contact them) a few days ago trying to get the status of my order, but haven't gotten a response. I should have ordered from Amazon instead, but the price was higher, so I decided to order from the official Merach website. I'm regretting that decision now. If I don't hear from them by Wednesday of next week, I will dispute the order with my credit card company, which is unfortunate because I really wanted to try their products.
I purchased a Merach R14 Water Rowing Machine, but the smart training monitor is defective and does not function properly. I have contacted customer service several times and only received an automated reply stating they are experiencing high inquiry volumes. No actual support or solution has been provided. I also requested a full refund, again without response. There is no telephone contact available, and customer service appears effectively non-existent. This is unacceptable for a company selling consumer fitness equipment.

The delivery was swift and easy to monitor. I bought three items and am pleased with each of them. They are simple to put together, and the equipment operates quietly and smoothly. No rattling, no delays. Excellent quality at fantastic prices! I'm glad to have discovered this service!
The ratings I saw for this merchant are misleading! I still haven't received my order. My attempts to reach out have gone unanswered. The email I sent today bounced back, indicating it was sent to a nonexistent address. I ordered directly from the site, so there's no third party involved. Don't waste your money.
I placed an order for an exercise bike on December 30, 2025, and received a confirmation along with a charge to my credit card. However, that was the only communication I received. I've reached out to customer service multiple times for updates on shipping and delivery but have had no response despite using different emails and leaving voicemails. I'm beginning to doubt whether I will ever receive the bike. Caution is advised; their customer service is severely lacking.
I purchased my incline treadmill seven months ago and followed the lubrication instructions. Since then, I haven't been able to use it, regardless of how I adjust the belt. I initially received replies from the support team after I sent videos showing my attempts to follow their guide, but I have not heard back since and am now stuck with a treadmill that I cannot use!
I ordered a recumbent bike from the UK site in November and attempted assembly in December, but a main part was incorrect. I reached out to the company on December 7th, and while I received a response on December 11th saying the correct part was being sent from abroad, I still hadn't received anything by January. After following up, I got a tracking number but no updates since mid-December. I've made numerous attempts to contact them, but have received no further communication. I now have a partially assembled bike with the wrong part and no idea when I will receive the correct one. I would like a partial refund or the right part sent as soon as possible, but I'm unable to reach anyone. I've never experienced such poor communication after an initially positive interaction.
I’ve emailed the company over 30 times and received the same response each time. I called three different numbers but no one answered or it was the weekend. They blame the weekend for being busy. I called every day of the week, yet all I get is automated replies, which makes me distrust this company.
