We’ve always had a great experience with Western Fuels, quick delivery and they always send an email the day before then a confirmation message to say it’s been delivered. Lovely customer service and the delivery team are always so friendly and professional.
Having been very badly let down and left without oil for over 3 weeks (my only source of heating and hot water) during the coldest period of the year by a company whom I had used for over 10 years, Western Fuel stepped up and came to my rescue. Very helpful office staff, a happy, friendly driver/delivery man and an emergency delivery within 2 days. I will be staying with them and highly recommend their service.
