Review Time
I had a fault on my oil boiler which caused it to stop working. As Western Fuels has previously serviced it, I called to see if they did repairs too as it was in the Christmas period and I feared I would struggle to get anyone quickly. Not only could they help, we had an engineer with us within two hours and he sorted the problem quickly and efficiently without charging the earth. I was very impressed. The engineer was helpful and thorough and did an excellent job when we were anticipating a very chilly new year.
I ordered my oil on 27th December quite late in the evening, this was a Friday, I did this online and delivery was Monday 30th December, a text an hour before delivery was sent and the driver turned up as said quickly unloaded with no hassle , a very good service by very good people.
Phoned for heating fuel on Monday 23rd December. Mentioned I was available to receive delivery in the afternoon or Tuesday morning (Christmas eve) as a bit of seasonal fun. They actually delivered on Christmas eve. I am a long standing customer. Thank you all again. Happy New Year 🍷🍷
