I am recently bereaved and for the past 30 years my husband always did the ordering from Western Fuel. I rang them explaining I would like to have regular three monthly deliveries and the people I spoke to were very kind and understanding. I am now on a three monthly schedule for deliveries so I don’t have to worry about running out of oil. The drivers are helpful, polite and communications are excellent.
WF installed a new oil tank just over a year ago but Watchman WiFi app was faulty and showed incorrect readings. WF came to replace Watchman at no extra cost (which indeed I expected them to having paid a lot for tank supply & installation). Always efficient and polite.
