Saw Ron on Thursday and had3 Stage whole house filter system installed the following Wednesday by KT Plumbing who were very professional and they explained all my queries.Contacted Ron & Mavis and they were very helpful with my other questions.
I'd been using one of those water filter jugs for a few years before I picked up a benchtop filter from WestOz, and I've gotta say, the difference in quality and ease-of-use is massive. It took me a few minutes to install the filter, and I immediately noticed the taste (which was amazing, of course). If I want water to drink or use in cooking, I just flick a lever on the tap and the water comes out through the filter. If I want to do my dishes, I just flick that lever back and away we go. It's honestly the perfect solution for renters. Mavis is super friendly as well, and I love that she'll check back in with me in a year's time to replace the filters. Great stuff.
I had the pleasure of meeting Rob and Mavis at a W.A trade show recently and I have to say- such a beautiful couple and such wonderful customer service! I brought a bench top water filtration system off them and from the minute I connected it, my water tasted great! No chlorine taste! I would give this 10/10 and highly recommend this system to anyone looking for more pure and filtered water. I carried mine all the way back to QLD and couldn't wait to connect it up. What made the experience better was the genuine customer service I received by both Rob and Mavis. Premium product and premium service!! 10/10
Understanding why the ORing has broken down and whilst changing splattered black stuff that took a lot to scrub off me would be appreciated. And whilst changing with the new ORing the black stuff smudged into the blue filter container was a worry. No support other than to let me know to go get a replacement. May replace the whole system.
