Few things we found software was lacking 1. Very Poor MIS. Unable to get leads overview2. Support Very slow response time 2-3 days. 3. Whatsapp got stuck but could not get a solution 4. Notification option missing Regret having purchased this and wasted time. Not using now. Will not recommended.
I had the worst experience with Wetroo CRM. They are nothing but cheaters! They take your money and then completely ignore you. After making the payment, they stopped answering calls and messages. Their customer service is non-existent, and they just disappear after taking the money.This is a fraud company—stay away from them if you don’t want to lose your hard-earned money. Highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and unethical. I regret trusting them, and I hope others don’t fall for their scam. Avoid at all costs!
