I ordered a 30" x 45" metal print from this company, but I was not happy with the size or the semi-g

I ordered a 30" x 45" metal print from this company, but I was not happy with the size or the semi-gloss finish. I asked whether they would remake it at a discount since the issue was ultimately my mistake, and I was not asking for a free replacement. As a compromise, I requested a 30% discount on a remake. They refused.

What made the situation more frustrating is that they were already offering a 20% discount, so the difference I requested was only about $28 more. Instead, they told me I would need to ship the print back using a $120 return label in order to receive a credit of $180 toward the original remake. That made no practical sense and was not worth the hassle.

The quality of the actual print was good, but the customer service and resolution policy were terrible. The process took far too long, communication was frustrating, and they seemed unwilling to make even a small reasonable accommodation. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before ordering from this company.

New “go to” for printing

This is my new “go to” for printing. I’ve used them for several orders over the past 18 months and the whole experience is an A+. Their website is great and makes ordering and editing an order easy. The turnaround time is excellent, the quality makes my photos look better than they deserve to and the customer service is outstanding if you need them. I’ve referred people and they’ve reported the same experiences.

I ordered some photos

I ordered some photos, paid for with a quote of €480. Without any authorization or permission, I was charged €280 for shipping—again, without any prior warning. It was a Christmas gift, and since it was placed in early December, I expected it to be delivered on time, especially considering the shipping fee, which I never authorized but was charged directly to my card without informed consent. A refund request was denied. It's December 25th, and the package appears to be in transit somewhere, having left Chicago. It's a scam service; don't trust them; don't make the same mistake I did.

Had 5 Lustre fine art prints arrive…

Had 5 Lustre fine art prints arrive today and a metal print yesterday.They are all really high quality and WHCC has become my new go-to for printing.(also appreciate the tootsie-pop sent with my prints)

Good, but not always

Have received good quality reproduction... until I didn't. They admitted to a bad batch of photos (all of them), but would not refund my money. Only a promise to reprint the sizable order. Had no response to the question: what if I had drop-shipped these to a client? Said I should have placed my order sooner so that if something had gone wrong, as it had this time, they could have corrected their error sooner. ? Way to turn the conversation around on me.

High quality prints, color off on half of them

While their prints and products are high quality, I recently placed an order. Half of the prints were spot on and matched my calibrated monitor, the other half were gray and dark. When I called customer service about the issue, they said it was my monitor calibration (despite the fact that half of the prints were aOK). I have printed with them previously and loved the quality, but their refusal to correct this issue has made me change my mind. Customer service and quality prints are a deal breaker for me! I was going back and forth between WHCC and mPix Pro, but will now exclusively switch to mPix Pro.
