Bought an item off a seller on Amazon on the basis that it would be delivered by 26th February. I now see it's expected by 3rd March. Whistl tracking indicates they handed it over to Royal Mail on 25th February and it hasn't moved since then!
Every item I’ve ordered that has been handled by this delivery service gets lost in their system. I end up having to cancel the order and request a refund. This just happened with a book I ordered on December 3rd, and it’s now the 15th. Sellers should inform customers if they use this service and include a warning in their descriptions.

Incredibly poor delivery service that is not fit for purpose. I will actively avoid placing orders with any companies that use this service. There’s no excuse for such inadequate communication and their failure to keep customers updated. Tracking is ineffective. Avoid at all costs.
Extremely disappointing experience – they misplaced my parcel three times in two weeks. The tracking updates seem random, with the package marked as 'delivered' just a minute after being 'out for delivery.' Thankfully, the seller had great customer service, and after the third failed attempt, I got a refund without much hassle. I'll be cautious about ordering from any other website using this service.
I ordered an agenda for 2026, confirmed on November 19th. The tracking shows it was created on November 24th and weighed on November 26th. Now it’s December 6th, and I still haven’t received anything. This delivery company simply does not deliver.
