I love my White Stuff dress, it's very flattering, a perfect fit and the colours are much more vibrant than the photograph. Also, I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. The White Stuff is my new go to website.

I had a great session with Lauren? In Edinburgh trying on lots of your new denim jeans. It was wonderful trying on the different styles ( some of which I would have not tried, had it not been for this session). I ended up leaving with 3 pairs in different styles and colours!. Thanks again for all your help. Would thoroughly recommend.

I'm still waiting for an order placed on the 3rd of this month.
I'm waiting for customer services to get back to me, they are supposed to be looking into the tracking for me.
I'm disappointed with the way it's being dealt with.

I found my experience with White Stuff to be a catalogue of errors, caused by their sheer incompetence I ordered a pair of trousers, online. I had previously owned an identical pair, but unfortunately damaged them last year. I loved the colour, the fabric and the fit of the garment. The trousers eventually arrived, and to my horror I noticed that the security tag had not been removed. I telephoned customer services and was advised of three options: 1) Go to my nearest White Stuff store ( Manchester), and request the tag be removed. 2)Visit any local store and ask them to remove the tag. 3) Return the item. Manchester was out of the question. I avoid driving into cities. I found option 2 uncomfortable, as to request my local Tesco store to remove a tag from a garment that I had not purchased from them( despite having an email in my possession from White Stuff, verifying payment) , I considered inappropriate. That left me with option 3. I returned the goods, as advised. At no point was I advised that the item would not be returned to me. A week later and I had not received any , notification from White Stuff, that the garment had been delivered. I phoned customer services, only to be informed that they could see that the trousers were on their way to them. I would receive a refund upon receipt garment. I then learned that I was unable to re order my trousers, as the colour was out of stock in my size. This situation was appalling. If the position had been communicated to me when I decided that returning the order was my best option, I would immediately have placed another order, to avoid this happening . It wasn’t. I asked why the tag simply couldn’t be removed and the trousers returned, but was advised that this was not policy and impossible. I could check the website every day, though, to see if my original trousers were available. Really? The customer services lady did offer to process my refund quickly, and an e card was offered. I declined the latter as she advised that if I accepted it then I would be unable to make a formal complaint. In addition, I have lost all confidence in dealing with White Stuff. This is not an experience that I wish to endure in the future.

The end of season prices were great and delivery, considering it’s a foreign country, was quick.
I bought 2 tunics, both the same size.
The Marta tunic fits very well and the fabric is soft.
The Blake linen tunic on the other hand is tight on the chest and is designed without darts, so the fit is really poor.

Parcel went missing for a week and 2 days in Evri's system. Eventually on a day I was at home, it was dumped in a dirty food waste bin in my garden. No one knocked the door or attempted to deliver it properly. Gross.

Excellent checkout experience with friendly staff.

Wonderful service at the checkout, with a very patient and cheerful team member. As someone who is hard of hearing, I misunderstood her question about membership (I initially thought she asked if I was a staff member!). The staff were genuinely lovely, making for a fantastic overall experience. I never felt hurried while browsing and was able to find what I needed (plus a few extra items!). Thank you :)

Subpar pyjamas with disappointing material.

The pyjamas are of poor quality. The material is noticeably thinner compared to previous years, and they feature a ribbon-style hem, which seems to be a cost-cutting measure. The medium size is significantly larger around the waist than expected, and the waist elastic lacks sufficient stretch, causing them to slip down without the drawstring.

Order not delivered yet

My order has yet to arrive. I understand the issue lies with the delivery service, but it was meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband, so I'm quite disappointed. I find it hard to comprehend why retailers keep using this service, as I've had three packages go missing in the last two months, and the delivery team seems uninterested.

Excellent support during my dress selection in Edinburgh

I received fantastic assistance in Edinburgh while selecting two dresses on Friday, December 12th. I purchased the Rua Jersey Dress in grey (which features beautiful colors) and the luxurious June Velvet Dress. I adore both, and the 25% discount was a wonderful bonus. The store is well-organized, and the staff is incredibly helpful.
