Order 2 shirts for my wife, both advertised as distressed orange and distressed pink colours. Upon arrival, the colours did not match the advertised pictures at all. Premium price paid for a scam. When asked, they responded with phones and screens make the colours of the products seem different.....what a joke...save your money and buy somewhere honest.

Do not buy from Coolstarco.I rarely write reviews, but this company is shocking. I ordered a hoodie - poor quality sizing and not a hoodie shape (not baggy).I read the return policy before purchasing, just in case ... then found they very clearly do not work to that policy, are happy to infer you are a liar, and argue over the reason for return. I would not order from them again if they were giving their stuff away.
I waited quite a long time for this purchase as it was the Christmas season. Eventually the deliver was to happen - only it never did. I contacted Coolstarco and they gave me the phone number for the deliver company. That company never answers the phone. I wrote to Coolstarco again with no satisfaction. I would prefer giving negative stars.
I wish I would have read all of these reviews before purchasing. The item is very cheaply made. When I tried to return it, they refuse to give me a mailing address. They told me I would be responsible for shipping it back, but then refuse to provide the address. I have been back and forth with them via email multiple times.
Ok, many problems. Let's go in order. Number 1. An unexpected,unexplained $3.00 showed app out of nowhere on my account.That was not part of my order. Number 2. I then contacted their "customer service "four different times, not one person contacted me back with an explanation or assurance of any kind. Number 3. There is absolutely no way to track your order, it took three weeks to get to me.Number 4. Do not ever buy one of their so called hooded sweatshirts. It is literally a long sleeve shirt with a thin hood attached terrible. I was very excited for these to come.Believe meYou will be disappointed in the hoodies. The only positive thing I have to say was the t-shirt I got wasn't terrible. Other than that please go somewhere else. Like I should have
I emailed them to cancel and they ignored the email til after they'd shipped it. I filed a claim with PayPal. I tried again to contains said I'd refuse the package and they'd refund, asking for confirmation of acceptance of those terms. They replied saying "It's already shipped." They ignore emails and refuse to do the right thing. Do not waste your money on their low quality, useless products.So yeah. They're fraudulent
Do Not Purchase from Coolstarco.com. They are a complete scam. We purchased a sweatshirt and it is cute, but the material is thin and cheap. The customer service at this company is horrible. It takes them a couple days to respond to your emails (no phone service). They do not accept responsibility for anything, even when you send them proof that it was there mistake, they will blame you. Eventually, they will say you can return the item on your own dime and then they will decide if they will refund you. We ordered a sweatshirt and as soon as we submitted the order, we realized it was not the color we wanted. So, we placed another order in the right color and emailed customer service to cancel the first order. They did respond right away and said they only saw an order for one sweatshirt and it was the color we wanted. Several weeks later a package arrived and it was the correct sweatshirt color. However, a couple days later another sweatshirt arrived in the wrong color. Our credit card statement also arrived that day showing we had been billed for both sweatshirts $50 per sweatshirt. I emailed customer service right away and sent pics of both sweatshirts, a copy of my statement and a copy of the email showing they had stated there was no second order. They replied that we had used two different emails and that is why they couldn’t find the second order when we contacted them originally. I replied with copies of the confirmation emails that show the same email address. They responded that I need to pay to ship the item back, but they also recommend that I just keep the item. Why would I want two of the same items, so I insisted that they send a return shipping label and refund me. They said no, I had to pay for the shipping. They have refused to pay for shipping so I am letting everyone know that it is not worth the money to purchase from them. I have since found the same item on Etsy for ½ the price. Check reviews before ordering anything from China!!!
