Great product variety at good prices. I bought some party items for an event, and the quality was better than I expected. The delivery process was really easy, and everything arrived perfectly packed and on time. I used a discount offered on the website as it was my first purchase. Definitely, I will be buying again.
Everyone is wrong. Bought costumes in Peterborough lady said the size would fit. That was a lie. My husband couldn’t even get it over his forearm. Tried to return the costume at 2 different locations and they don’t do returns. Party city is a company that is a scam. Never again will I waste my time with your company. So much for being Canadian
Pathetic, over priced products and the worst customer service ever. They provide misleading information on their website and if questioned,they start shouting at the customers. The same products you get at a 80% cheaper rate outside. They have absolutely no return or refund policy and if you raise an issue, they say it's not possible that there could be an issue with their products.Ridiculously horrible. They start showing their frustration on the customers if they are not able to handle the issues or just don't want to understand.Won't recommend this company to anyone.
