I have been working with this company for over 3 years.Sometimes there may be technical problems, they approach these problems with a solution-oriented approach and help.I recommend being a little patient with technical problems.
Always get products at great prices. I ordered the wrong product once because of similarities with the names. Ordered a 500 device Office key, used it for 50 devices and its used up.They may have sold the same key to multiple customers. I was surprised when the customer services person sent me a screenshot of the key. He claims that he can see how much it is used, which means they can keep selling the key since I don't have any way of checking it until I use it up to the limit. Such product keys, especially multi-device keys should not be available for anyone to see. That can't be Microsoft guideline, which they claim to be a partner of.That, or they faked it as a 500 device key when it is actually a 50 device key. They were not able to show any proof that it is a 500 device key.
