I purchased a pair of casual shoes from the Caspian line through a local retailer and was initially pleased. However, after ordering a second pair as a backup, I noticed the soles wear down quickly, revealing an air pocket without a protective barrier against water. I was really upset upon realizing this. I'm attempting to patch the exposed areas to continue wearing them. The upper part is well-made, but the thin soles are disappointing. Are all your lines designed like this, or just the Caspian line? The fitting area at Rushden has been expanded since my last visit, providing a wider range of options. The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I ordered some patent shoes online and collected them from the shop. They were too large, but the shop assistant was incredibly accommodating, bringing out different sizes for me to try.
