Disgusting and Misleading.
They tell you a time frame which is approximately 8 days delivery some quicker dates when it’s a special occasion and confirm this in your email. A week later you get a confirmation that it has been shipped but from Hong Kong and should be delivered within 6 weeks. This is wrong and not okay especially when you have ordered for that specific timeframe and special occasion. Total rip off and they don’t care. Refuse to refund me or take accountability. Scam written all over this company. Don’t shop here or trust what they tell you.
I placed my order two weeks ago and have received conflicting information regarding the delivery timeline. Despite reaching out via email, I was informed that it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas, yet I keep getting notifications that it's ready to ship. I'm still waiting. This experience has been disappointing, and I won't be using this service again. My niece will be let down on Christmas Day.
I placed my order on November 12th and I'm still waiting for my items. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I'm now considering a chargeback through my bank. When I request a refund, they tell me to wait another 2-3 days. The tracking information shows that it has been out for delivery since December 14th. I suspect this company is a scam and advise others not to waste their time or money!

Now, trying to get one for my daughter, I was shocked to see that the accent on her necklace was completely different. It looks odd and I’m very disappointed. I would have chosen a competitor had I known their quality had declined. After some back-and-forth emails, I was told I couldn’t get a refund but could exchange it. I was frustrated to learn there was no way to correct the accent. Now I’m stuck with a $300 piece of jewelry that looks terrible and was meant to be a special gift. This experience has left me feeling betrayed for being a loyal customer.
