If you are looking to scale Wiio is not for you.I am writing this review after several months of ongoing issues that have caused serious financial and operational damage to our business.We have experienced constant delivery delays of 6–8 weeks, sometimes close to two months. In many cases, orders are returned to sender and then re-shipped again, creating even longer delays. Over the past two and a half months alone, we have dealt with more than 20 chargebacks, directly caused by delayed deliveries, damaged products, wrong variants, and poor packaging.Quality control is practically nonexistent. Our products were originally supplied pre-assembled and pre-packed, yet in the warehouse they are repeatedly disassembled without reason and then poorly repacked. Customers receive products in pieces, which creates additional hassle and confusion. After disassembly, the products are often scratched, bent, or damaged, leading to complaints, refunds, and chargebacks. We provided clear and repeated instructions on how the products should be handled and packed to avoid damage, but these instructions were consistently ignored.Some orders have not even been processed for more than 20 days before shipping, which is completely unacceptable and further extends delivery times. Customers end up waiting over a month and a half from the payment date, only to receive damaged or incorrect products.Account management has been equally poor. Our assigned agent, Anna, is frequently unresponsive and disappears for a week or more at a time while active issues are pending. Customer inquiries are left unanswered and there is no sense of urgency or ownership.Pricing has also been a major issue. Despite topping up over 25,000 USD in recent months, we have received no meaningful volume discounts. Instead, product prices have increased by nearly 40% over roughly four months. The so-called quantity discounts are a joke, often just one or two dollars per additional unit on products priced between 100 and 120 dollars.All of this has directly damaged our business. Customer lifetime value has dropped significantly because customers who receive delayed or damaged orders never purchase again. Payment processors have placed holds and reserves on our accounts due to the high number of disputes, all of which stem from fulfillment and quality failures.This experience has been defined by a lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, and lack of care once payments are made. We wanted a long-term partnership, but instead we have experienced months of stress, losses, and damage to our brand.I would strongly caution any business that relies on reliable fulfillment, consistent quality, and responsive support before working with this supplier.
