I selected their carrier, but it turned out to be very uncomfortable. I couldn’t wear it for more than five minutes without experiencing significant shoulder pain for days. I reached out to the company for a return, but had to cover the return costs myself and the process was not clearly outlined on their website. I returned everything as received, yet they claimed one item arrived 'damaged'—clearly an issue on their end. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. I’m shocked that a brand catering to parents could be so inconsiderate, adding unnecessary stress to new parents.
