My account has been under review for 13 months, and still no issue has been resolved.When I contact live chat, they say they cannot do anything and that the relevant team will contact me — but I have no idea when, even after 13 months.I have sent hundreds of emails.I am always told the same thing: that my account is under review.And even then, I only get a reply after sending three emails; otherwise, it seems they have no concern or interest in my problem.

It is very clear from the dozens of Reviews I have read that Hills Games are terrible to say the least - Large amounts of money deposited very few bonuses and very few decent wins. My experience is similar - been a customer for many years- in the early years occasionally I would get a nice win - I accepted in the long run I could never win but very occasionally I did and I treated my self - This is exactly how Skybet has gone too - greedy companies who have increased there profits to the extent that there is very little enjoyment for the players - and they really aren’t worth playing - scant scant regard for customers - Which leads me into a bet a placed last night a relatively low staked bet on the football Chelsea v Wolves - Your odds feature -The bet was (All to happen in the first half)At least one goal Chelsea to have over 2 cornersover 1 card So - Half time score 1-1 - tick3 Chelsea corners — tick 2 cards — tick I’ve won - surely !! I watched the game - kept a record - double checked the match data on BBC and OPTA - all correct But no winnings ????? Usual thing next - spent hours on chat - they have some small print - apparently the second yellow card happened as the whistle went for half time - and therefore doesn’t count - really really really All the data shows 2 first half cards every match Stats you look at - surely you have to payout on the official Data - No there sticking with there decision - a supervisor has advised - Well your loss William Hill I am closing my account - you have no empathy for your loyal customers My winnings would only have been around £45 - which I’m sure you would have recouped quickly - but I think you have done me a favour - I can no longer give you any more of my money If you feel the same - save yourself too
After being with William Hill for over 20 Years I have taken the decision to close my account, I only really bet on horse racing and the odd game of bingo, 50p ew lucky 15 or 31 was my weekend enjoyment, to my surprise for some reason William Hill put a restriction on my account. After repeated attempts to actually talk to a person to lift this restriction, all I got was Chat Bots, I was told by Email that the restriction was put on my account to keep me safe, for God's sake I was really just a weekend punter putting on small stakes. Well my account is now closed and will not be opened again with William Hill anyway. If there is a punter out there who can recommend a good alternative to WH, I would be really grateful to you so I can carry on with my Lucky 15s/31s on a Saturday. Thank you.
I don’t just complain I give credit when credit is due and at the moment William hill is my favourite place to play I no gambling is winning and losing but to me it’s the game playing yes I play to win money but I play also coz I enjoy the games and if your depositing daily with just dead spins it’s awful this hasn’t happend in a long time here I get to play with my deposit and for me that is what I like also helps when you do have little wins here and there they pay out is excellent and always in my account the next day thank you William hill keep up your mojo no one likes playing a continuously losing casino but will choose the ones who give fair play every time over
