I’ve always booked with williamhill. The fact is I like to use their simplistic website and they have decent freebies everyday. However do be warned, sometimes you place a couple of big bets and they will freeze the whole console. E.g. I put 3 50+ tennis bets in play on the Australian open, then right at the end of the first set the games were indefinitely suspended, so I had no chance to withdraw anything, all 3 players lost first set as well so I couldn’t even recuperate any of my losses. It’s very suspicious as it’s happened before. I smell foul play. Just watch your bets and be careful because they often suspend without a legitimate reason basically to rob your money. Also customer service are a joke, it’s almost like speaking to bots. Had to edit this from 3 stars to 1. Exactly same thing is happening right now, large bet on tennis and suspended for no reason BEWARE!!! Can’t even contact customer service, they put a bogus screen up saying “maintaince in progress” while they steal your money. ITS OFFICIAL HAD 100 bet on and final set SUSPENDED AGAIN WITHOUT REASON, IF YOU HAVE A BIG BET THEY WILL REMOVE YOUR CASHOUT OPTION. ABSOLUTE CHEATING *********! DONT USE THIS SITE. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
William hill won't pay out my £200 winnings , they are delaying it and making excuses about security checks .I have been a customer for 2 years now and it was never an issue before .The customer service on live chat is one of the worst I've ever seen .If my withdrawl is not received in 24 hours I will leave williamhill for good .

Awful site for online slots, you are lucky if you win your money back. I've regularly won with bet365 games and sky Vegas. This site you just never win big amounts. All my friends who play feel the same. If you want to play slots use the other sites if you want to win something decent.
Trustpilot should allow an option to rate sites with a 0 score because this site legit deserves this rating. First of all I can't believe how bad sites are nowadays in the UK. Just shows how poorly regulated they are amd how useless the regulators are. This site scams you then when you try and get it resolved there's no support. Not once have they replied to my emails. Disgusting and shame on you ukgc for allowing sites to operate this way. I've seen so many complain about this site yet nothing is done!
What a shambles of a company!!I refused to play their gaming sites and they limited my account!! I can place a bet to a tenner in a shop, but online promotions only to 10p!No contact number and on chat for nearly an hour just to try and close my account and claw back my balance.Avoid, there are far better companies out there who don't try and entice you into gaming gambling. Disgusting behaviour.
I keep receiving emails from William hill about safe gambling. I actually am a safe gambler as I bet very little and often win and subsequently withdraw money. Because of this William hill have banned me from all of their promotions. I am following their advice about safe gambling and they are refusing their products to me as a consequence which I find hypocritical.
