If I could mark 0 stars I would . Absolutely abysmal service. So had £129 in my William hill account which I had one in 1 win. When I tried to withdraw the money I was declined and the reason being was that the bank card that I had used to make deposit had expired. I also had Apple Pay & another card linked to my account. Every time I tried to withdraw to any of these other dates again declined , I did eventually manage to draw bits and bobs of it out using separate withdrawals of £5 . The customer service chat is terrible and make it extremely difficult to actually chat to a human & then when you do finally get through to a human youre looking at up to an hour between messsge replies coming back and they just repeat what you have already been told. There is no option to physically speak a person on the phone . I’ve now been trying to withdraw my money for over 4 weeks and hours & hours of chat & at time of writing this I still haven’t got all of my money. I have sent multiple copies of my bank card , proof of address, contacted my own bank . The list is endless . I genuinely do not know how William Hill is still functioning as a business as it has become very clear that it is run by fraudsters .my issue was only surrounding a small amount of money fortunately but I’m sure there others having the same issues involving larger sums of money .
Worse ever site going stay away somone needs to take this site to court how bad it is very poor withdraws and very poor wining spins mainly dead spins u need to put thousands in to withdraw a little amount this site def needs closing down for good I would of taken it to court but I cant afford to so hopefully somone else will stay away very very bad site if I cud I would gave it 0 stars infact I would gave it minus 10 stars thats how bad this site is stay away from it very little bonuses also wen u do its rubbish I was on dog house multihold rubbish site ever
The most horrible costumer service at all. I never ever had bad experience with the gambling customer service before but today the guy from the WH pushed it over the limit. It wasn’t bad, it was more than horrible. He asked questions but cannot wait till I giving the answers. His response was ugly and rude… I just asked some questions about my account as I had a glitch in the app but he just doesn’t want to help so He simply closed the chat. I guess the Bet365 will be happy as they will getting a new customer now.
This site has become very poor online , no free spins unless you stake , always x on bonus drop. I have never won anything, not lost much either, maybe thats why they are stopping these freebies. It makes you wonder, what else is fixed here !
Use to be ok. I got an offer play 30 and get 60 spins. I played and got my free spins. I still had about 28. Then won on the free spins but nothing was added. Got pics off the money going In and and the wins. But nothing added it was just 28 still I should have had 50. The only good think is fast withdrawal. As I withdrawal what I add and it went in right away. But I still lost really i will keep
Customer service is a joke. Attempted to open a selection in the App, which took me to somewhere else.Contacted customer support, who said log out and back in (turn it off and on again).Wanted screen shots, but then cancelled the conversation as they had no clue.Do they employ idiots to waste your time, so you then just give in.Spent over an hour in chat, achieving nothing.Passed from pillar to post, each one having no idea what to do or say. Is it a scripted reply, and if it doesn't fall within the script, they have no idea.
in my local shop,mill hill blackburn..3/4 yrs ago..some guy was on a roll..he won 5k or so on a horse bet..did 2 2.5k canadians..won 19k..the manageress said if he carries on we will have to bar him..the toilets are an absolute disgrace..and to cap this off..they are allowing a guy arrested for nonciness in.
