I invested in what was supposed to be a low-risk real estate opportunity, losing the entire $15,000. They attributed this to market difficulties, and as a non-principal investor, I received nothing back. This loss not only affected my finances but also my opportunities for better experiences, and I am left with nothing since my investment date.
As mentioned by others, this is the same service under a different name. It’s ironic to think that simply changing the name would lead to different outcomes. I have lost $400K in two deals, and reports indicate that many investors are facing significant losses. I strongly advise against engaging with this service.
