They charged me and I didn’t even authorize it!They had a deal on and I put it in my basket. They charged me while it was in my basket and it was ‘Paid for and reserved’. There was no option for me to stop this and get my money back. ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Cancelled the membership straight away!!!
Although it doesn't happen very often... they really do refund if the wine is not to your tasting! Their customer service is outstanding, shout out to Michael who responded within minutes of my message today, he couldn't have been more helpful. I'll keep ordering and look forward to wines I can't easily buy and try elsewhere!
one thing to mention is their app is very misleading. You can pay for wine without even realizing you have done so. This app needs to be shut down. It’s fraudulent. It’s worse than fraudulent. Once they have your bank details they charge you the full years member ship fee. Steer clear of these guys if something look too good to be true it really is
