I had a very disappointing experience with Winninghunter. I was charged €79 per month for a subscription that I never knowingly signed up for and never used. When I requested a refund, customer support simply pointed me to their terms and conditions and refused to help, even though it’s clear I did not benefit from the service at all.Their practices feel misleading, and I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before sharing any payment details. A company that values its customers should not operate this way.
After 'cancelling' my subscription in May and receiving a partial refund, they then went on to charge me another £180 3 months later for a subscription that had been cancelled.Nothing short of a scam and will do anything to hold your money. This is nothing short of fraud and has been reported to the relevant authorities and my Bank.The software is also outdated and barely works properly.
