AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

where do i even start. insurance company was a nightmare from the get go. first to install my black box which was difficult and had to damage my battery cover to get in at it then for them to call me and say it wasn’t working. where i provided proof they still said that my insurance would be getting cancelled then for me to phone a few days later for them to tell me it was a technical issue on their side and everything is fine but somehow that was my fault. then go on a few months everything is fine. to get a call at work saying my black box wasn’t working and to send in pictures but apparently wasn’t working for weeks and no notice..anyway taken pictures which they claimed weren’t good enough and threatened to cancel me. i don’t know how they expect a girl of 20 years to have mechanical knowledge as if they listen to numerous calls they will hear that many times i claim i can’t get into the battery as it has a hard plastic cover. i decided a few days later that enough was enough as i was stressed and upset over it to cancel and go elsewhere and honestly never been happier. also recently got a bill through with my outstanding balance they have an absolute cheek i am truly disgusted

Good and fast response.

My experience was great because their response is top notch my black box stopped working and I called them they told me what to do on the phone go through with me step by step still it didn't work before you know in 2 days time I received a new box you put your customers first that's a welldone for me.
