No issues at all great service

I missed a payment and they where good enough to give me another date to pay helpful in every way. I have the black box and when I had good score my insurance payments went down some money wich was great

My fourth year with an insurance here and I have a good score however every single year my insurance keeps going up although the ad is saying if your score is good your insurance price will decrease

Do not bother with this insurance…

Do not bother with this insurance company. I cancelled a month and a half prior to my policy ending, and I get charged an astronomical amount. I set up a payment plan, and two months failed due to issues with my bank that I was trying to resolve. I made contact with them to reset it up, and suddenly it's sent to a debt collection agency even though I contacted them prior to this. The staff are beyond rude, told me they were going to launch an investigation into why I was charged so much when i had a month and a half left of my policy, and didn't even bother doing so. Absolutely ridiculous, and I'll never be back.

Were fine until I went elsewhere and…

Were fine until I went elsewhere and didn't want to renew with them. I cancelled my direct debit and then went online to cancel my policy. They want to charge me £75 for cancelling, when it is quite normal for people to cancel their insurance (who the hell auto renews in 2025) when you've found it cheaper elsewhere.

This company is disgusting, hidden charges everywhere , cancelled my policy because there box broke my cars ecu and they charged me for the whole years cover , trust me , pay more else where , stay well clear And their generic replies seem AI generated
