Lately, very bad. I'm asking for a hip-hop song, and it creates normal song (not hip-hop); I'm asking in the prompt for lyrics in Spanish, and it gives me a song with lyrics in English, a salsa song with lyrics in English, how is that even possible? :(

This has been a frustrating experience; I regret spending 107 euros. Please avoid wasting your money here. I've requested a refund and hope it will be accepted. I will update my review if I receive my money back. Unfortunately, every attempt to generate content has resulted in a GENERATE FAILED error.
I consider myself tech-savvy, but I mistakenly subscribed for a year instead of a month. I was careful, but the cheapest option lacked genre switching, so I thought I was upgrading. The genre switching feature was disappointing. I’ve requested a refund and will see how that goes. I haven’t generated anything usable yet. I’ve updated my rating to three stars due to a prompt response regarding my refund request.
In just three days, I've encountered more issues with this service than with any other in a year. First, the invoicing was incorrect, doubling the price per request compared to what was promised. The support team was unhelpful in clarifying this. Second, we use their API, but they haven't provided an invoice despite multiple requests. Their website also lacks this basic feature. Lastly, the support is inadequate, providing no meaningful responses or invoices. Overall, I would advise against using this service as it feels deceptive.
I’ve updated my review from three to five stars. The support team not only reverted me to a monthly plan but also restored my credits. I appreciate the assistance! I also learned how to change song titles easily, which was a great help. The quality of the songs we’re creating is impressive, and I plan to upgrade to a better monthly plan before renewal. My original review noted some areas for improvement, but the support has been fantastic.
I subscribed at the lowest tier and was initially impressed. I received two versions of an instrumental I submitted; one was very creative, but the second went silent too soon. I tried to generate more content, but kept encountering generation failed errors.
