An utter disappointment throughout! Inadequate transaction confirmation and updates, extremely unsatisfactory customer service, and the item was far from what the images and descriptions suggested. I opted for expedited shipping to meet a specific date, yet it arrived weeks later without any tracking information. It was so frustrating that I couldn't help but laugh!
I ordered a custom item for a family member, but it turned out to be very different from what I expected, leading to disappointment. They didn’t even offer a refund or an apology. I’ve never given a one-star review before, but this experience deserves less.
I placed the same order twice (on two different dates) and received confirmations and charges for both. However, they cannot find either order. The representative asked me to take screenshots of the confirmations and email them to prove I actually ordered.
