DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WINNING JAPAN!I bought a pair of gloves from Winning that turned out to be faulty. The stitching was incomplete, making the gloves unusable and worthless.I contacted them by email, included pictures of the fault and asked for a refund. They were incredibly slow to respond and uninterested in resolving the problem.I requested a refund, was told by Winning that the refund was sent. The refund never came, they repeatedly lied about sending it and refused to supply eveidence that it had been sent. They now are refusing to communicate.Do not buy from Winning. They will STEAL your money.
Ordered a pair of custom oval pads. 11 out of 10, hands down the best things I've ever used. The quality, marksmanship, color (pink), security and comfort are all on the line of perfection. I just wish I could get more without the wait, however, well worth the wait!
Winnings is a very well know brand for boxing lovers !I ordered my gloves (red and silver) in March. I received it yesterday just 9 months later.When I ordered my gloves, WJ suspend my paiement due to the delay and they asked me first if I was OK to wait until 1 year (the delay is due to the handmade product and the great demand !). I appreciate them for asking me and of course, I was ready to wait !What a surprise to receive a message from the delivery company !From the beginning until the end, WJ made an excellent service.Thanks again.
