I have used WLV Heating Ltd on many occasions. They are always reliable and punctual. They recently came out to a problem with the boiler at my son’s flat. It was fairly late on a Friday but Scott went out of his way to sort the issue having to come back early on the Saturday to fit a part. It was much appreciated and I would never hesitate to recommend them.
This company are the first ones who have been genuinely talented and have personable people working there in all my years of using tradespeople. They turned up on time, gave a detailed outline of the job, left no mess, explained how to work the new boiler, replaced any blown radiator valves and left comprehensive paperwork on the use of the boiler. Their office procedures of keeping us informed of progress, booking in time slots, being available on the phone and issuing invoices is top notch. I will definitely be using this company again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.
WLV Plumbing & Heating Ltd are an extremely well run and professional outfit. Everyone on the team are courteous and fully qualified in their field. They are friendly and polite and clean up after themselves. I have every confidence in them and highly recommend that you make use of them, if you want excellent work at a fair price.
Cannot fault these guys absolutely first class service, reliable trustworthy and went the extra mile as we were having 5 new radiators fitted, decorator let us down wall behind radiator should have been painted prior to radiator being fitted - I was speechless when they said “ no problem give me a brush and the paint” can you believe they actually painted behind the radiator for us / Thank you ☺️. From coming out and quoting to the radiator’s been fitted I honestly cannot find fault - will definitely be using them again to do the upstairs radiators later this year - give them a try you will not be disappointed defo 5 star - ⭐ would not hesitate to have them back in the house 👍🏻
