I love people and companies that do exactly as they say, and this is one of those companies! You tell them what you need them to do, in my case it was service my gas fire and I needed some new coals. They quoted me, came on the right day and right time as they said they would do, did a fabulous job and left me with a fire that looked like a new one again. They made no mess and if you didn’t know, you wouldn’t know they had taken the fire completely out to clean it. . They invoiced me exactly the amount they had quoted me which is a pleasant change from other companies. They are a good company and I’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you for a job well done and see you next year.
Contacted WVL after receiving a recommendation from a work colleague we needed two heating systems converted from system boilers to combi units so decided to ask David at WLV for a quote along with a couple of other companies. David booked a visit for a survey and took a look at the existing systems and took me through the options available. We needed to relocate one of the boilers and make space for some later construction work we have planned David didn’t see any problems but advised that the gas supply pipe would need an upgrade for the bigger boiler at this point I discounted the other two companies as they wanted to install the new supply pipe on top of the plaster or to run the pipe outside. David promptly sent us a quote and we agreed dates for the two installations. On the dates Chris and Adam arrived covered the carpets and worktops and set to work striping the tanks and installing the new boilers their care and attention to detail was second to non I can definitely recommend using their services. they worked through the extreme heat to get the job done. the job was completed as David said it would be customer service was perfect all the way through so many thanks for a job well done
Had my boiler serviced last week by Scott! Scott had great communication arrived on time appeared to give boiler a very thorough service as stated unsure when it was last serviced or how old it was. Scott provided plenty of info about my boiler and some great advice and was very impressed with the service as a whole. Highly recommended and will be using again next especially with the automated reminder which is great for a busy mum 👍
I rarely leave a review, but felt it necessary to share my experience. WLV heating came to me on recommendation. I cannot fault the service i have received. The staff are Friendly, helpful, respectful, not to mention efficient and arrived at allocated time. Resolved the issues, providing a wonderful service.
