Best product on the market

A product only surpassed by the customer service!!!I initially purchased the G840s when it first came out. Loved it and went to upgrade to the G900 for the better camera and 24 hr parking monitoring. It looks slick with the bracket attachment which is important for me. The hardwire kit is easy to install and everything came with great instructions.Finally, the customer service is really second to none. 24 hour email line with VERY quick responses. They were very generous in offering me a replacement hardwire kit with the purchase of the G900 - other companies would laugh at you. ALICE, thank you. Please forward this review to your boss as you were just fantastic help in the last few weeks and I am a very very happy customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dash cam needs, well thought out product and great service. Thanks guys

Excellent customer service

I bought the wrong (G930) mirror, with wrong (Left Hand Side) front camera. It suffers from pixelation due to file compression, bleaching of whites at night, and can't invert an upside down rear camera image stored to file.Wolfbox were really helpful, they recommended the G900 to cure to compression and bleaching problems, with a better rear camera which can have the rear image inverted on file. They also supplied the required Right Hand Side (UK) front camera mount, so this system works really well.I am amazed the lengths Wolfbox went to, to ensure full customer satisfaction, to find the right product for me.I just wish it was easier to find the right product with RHS UK front camera on their site.What a truly Customer-focussed company. I bought a wolfbox mirror dash cam which has lasted just over 2yrs and now stopped working.Wolfbox sent me a replacement upgraded camera.Good customer service.

Wolfbox G840S dashcam looks at first to be one of the best dashcams you can buy, But im afraid its not, It is riddled with too many glitches and hardware failures, 1st issue was rear camera failed, Then the hardware (mirror motherboard) failed, Then the gps failed. the whole unit has been replaced twice now, But I must admit the customer service is the best ive ever come across, they are simply brilliant, They replaced everything without question, And it still doesnt work properly...The problem is the dashcam itself its complete rubbish

Excellent product, it does exactly as described. Really pleased with it. The customer service is excellent, i received a phone call from Theo after i left a message saying i had a query . Theo resolved it within minutes !! Thanks!!
