It’s clear a lot of thought went into how this unit is meant to be used day-to-day.Where WOLFBOX truly stands out, though, is their customer service.I reached out about a minor issue and was immediately met with fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support. Mark from the customer service team walked me through the process step-by-step, quickly shipped replacement parts without hassle, proactively followed up to make sure everything was resolved, and continued working with me patiently on a feature question long after the original issue was solved.What really impressed me was their willingness to:Provide clear instructional videos and firmware resourcesFollow up unprompted to confirm resolutionTake time to troubleshoot user experience details (not just “check the box” support)Actually listen to feature suggestions and pass them along internallyMost companies would have stopped after the replacement—WOLFBOX didn’t. I recently bought the WOLFBOX G900PRO.The screen is super clear and easy to use, and it has completely replaced my original rearview mirror. I didn’t expect to rely on it this much, but now I can’t imagine going back. On top of that, I have to say WOLFBOX has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were quick to respond, helpfulHighly recommend!
Well where to start… Wolfbox has quite a good mirror dash cam but one of the models you can still buy new is unable to be used on their app to download videos if needed for insurance or police reasons. I have contacted them several times and they keep saying they’re going to update their systems but they never do and and now I’m arguing with them for false advertising, but you just get nowhere with them. I have messaged them 20 times or more and they just come back with the same excuse basically but I knew a model and you will get Wi-Fi and that to me it’s just a reason to spend more money on their products. I’ve asked this to be raised to hire management but all I get is excuse after excuse. Please do not buy from Wolf box because they simply are only interested in money and not looking after their customers. I’m going to report them to the regulators because on their website they do say my model is supported and has Wi-Fi but they deny this but if you look on their website or online, you can see that they actually show you what to do to join up to Wi-Fi. Please avoid this company by with a more reputable company.
I bought one of their WOLFBOX MF100 Rechargeable Air Duster Blaster Blower 150000RPM 3-Gear Cordless on ebay from them. This item did not come close to what they advertised. I requested a refund and it took so long to finally get one. They sent me another device when l asked for one and when l sent their device back they didnt get back to me that they received it so l had to continue chasing them. It was none stop efforts from my end to pull the money out of them to refund me. Dishonest and unfair company. Shame on you.
I can’t fault the customer service I received from Wolfbox. I contacted them when my rear view camera failed to work. Straight away told what to check in detail. After checking and getting back to them they sent out a new. Camera and extra length cable for my van. I dealt with an advisor called Mark. So thanks very much Mark.
I purchased the Wolfbox G900 Pro in December 2024 and have been using it in Scotland. When it works, it’s an excellent dash cam with great image quality, impressive low-light performance, and it really helps eliminate blind spots. I also like that it doubles as both a front and rear dash cam in one system.The rear camera, which is mounted outside the vehicle, failed after about a year. I then bought a replacement rear camera, but unfortunately that also failed after around 10 months. This suggests the long-term durability of the external rear camera could be improved, especially for wet and cold climates.That said, Wolfbox’s customer service has been outstanding. They responded to my email(on a weekend) within two hours and dispatched a replacement rear camera the same day, completely free of charge. That level of support really makes a difference.I’ve now re-mounted the new camera with silicone sealant to help prevent moisture getting into the camera or connector, and I’m hopeful it will last longer.Despite the rear camera issues, I’m happy with the product overall and would recommend Wolfbox, mainly because of their excellent customer support.
I’ve been using the i07 for several months now and it works exactly as it should. Shipping was fast and the device has been solid through daily use. To be honest, what really makes the difference is the support team—they are professional, direct, and they actually treat you like a person rather than just another order number. It’s refreshing to deal with a brand that clearly stands behind what they sell.
I would like to express my appreciation to the Wolfbox Team, especially Mark, for providing above and beyond customer service.A few weeks ago, I began experiencing an issue with my TriPro900 dashcam. The device would enter an "automatic operation" mode whenever I started my car, and after approximately 25 to 35 minutes, it would begin randomly toggling settings on its own. This problem was persisted since last year while I was waiting for Wolfbox to release firmware update for the TriPro900. Once it was available, I quickly download it and update it asap, but the problem still ongoing. I then contacted Wolfbox customer support, where Mark assisted me throughout the troubleshooting process. We were email each other back and forth to guide me through multiple test in order to identify the cause of the issue. Ultimately, the problem was the main unit not functioning properly. So Mark arranged with his team to send me a new replacement and I received within 2 days.Since I replace it with the new one. The dashcam has been working perfectly, and I am extremely satisfy with both the product and the brand. Also the return and shipping process was fast. Overall the whole process was resolved within 2 weeks.Once again, I would like to thank Mark for his dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Well done Wolfbox Team!
