Takes forever, still haven't gotten here

Don't order if you want your lights in a reasonable time. I ordered 30 days ago and they're still on a ship somewhere. The update has said "preparing to dock" for 4 days. Customer service told me they'd arrive in the US 3 days ago. Who knows how much longer till they actually clear customs and ship to me. Nothing when ordering gave me any idea it would take this long.

Lots of lumens

Lots of lumens! I specifically searched for a bright ceiling fan light and this delivered. The fan also puts out a lot of air. I use the lowest setting on the fan and that is more than enough. It was easy for the electrician to install. High quality product. I love it. Would purchase from Womo again.

This is a nice fan

This is a nice fan, though the motor arrived slightly bent, which made a rubbing noise. Luckily, I was able to make an adjustment and fix it.

These are beautiful

These are beautiful, modern fans that move a lot of air. The only small hassle is that each fan needs its own separate remote.

Low quality fan and light

Low quality fan and light. Cheap materials and even incompatible installation hardware. I guess people in china are dry wall anchoring their ceiling fans into their ceilings. Refund process is a scam - they act as unprofessional and redundant as possible to make you give up… avoid cheap Chinese made products…

Ordered very expensive WOMO fan

Ordered very expensive WOMO fan. AI said made in USA. Made in China. Paid $80 for expedited shipping but arrived days later. No response when I requested refund. Fan finally arrived but the downrod I ordered with it has not arrived. Opened packaging and it smells like a chemical factory. Incredibly cheap looking, don't believe for a second it's real wood. Blades are light as a feather and look like cheap plastic. Very negative experience from start to finish.
