I wish I could give this store a negative 200 took my money shipped one of two shoes in a box with a receipt stating two shoes. Box couldn’t even fit to shoes inside. Sent the pics they asked for as if I was lying and have sent unanswered emails. I have called and gotten someone on the phone who lied about shipping my order and sending me a shipping confirmation. They’re playing with people’s hard earned money.
stay away. my order got cancelled with no notification whatsoever. i was waiting for 5 days and had to write a follow up email regarding my order only to find out it was cancelled days ago. thanks for the refund though. horrendous customer service. no empathy. “We sent a cancellation Email.
