I was deceived out of £215. This site is risky and should be avoided. I posted a plumbing job and was contacted by a company that claimed they couldn't come until January 6th. When I expressed my urgency, they offered an emergency visit for today, demanding a £75 call-out fee upfront and £40 per hour afterward. No one showed up, and then they charged me an additional £140. Thankfully, my bank is processing a refund. This platform is unsafe, enabling scammers to access my information. I will never use this site again.

I canceled my subscription a month ago, yet they continued to withdraw money from my account for five months, totaling £750. There is no way to lodge a complaint. I suggest using a different service.
