Creditcard/PayPal: Heb je hiermee betaald? Start direct een "chargeback" of geschil. Geef aan dat het product "niet is zoals beschreven" (non-conformiteit). Dit is de snelste manier om je geld terug te krijgen. Check het PayPal Resolutiecentrum.
Klarna: Heb je nog niet betaald? Zet de betaling in de Klarna-app op "pauze" wegens een geschil. Zij zoeken het dan voor je uit.
iDEAL: Dit is lastiger. Stuur een formele ingebrekestelling via e-mail en post. Eis je geld terug op basis van artikel 7:17 BW (het product voldoet niet aan de beschrijving).
Rechtsbijstand: Schakel je verzekering in als de webshop blijft weigeren.

Coupon refund

Cancelled an order, got the total (incl shipping) back as a coupon. Upon placing a new order the coupon didn’t cover shipping costs, thus money was left over. Ross from customer service politely and quickly helped me issue a refund for the remander of the coupon
