I ordered a pair of boots on the 20th with a promised delivery of 3-4 working days. Now it's the 28th, and after five emails, I still haven't heard from them. Stay clear if you need boots quickly. I won't be using this service again.
I've just deleted my original negative review after speaking to customer service. The representative was very kind and apologetic, which made me reconsider my doubts about this service. The delivery of my boots did take longer than stated, so I canceled and ordered directly from the original brand. Thankfully, they refunded my money promptly. I appreciate the resolution and want to thank the representative for their assistance.
Avoid this service! I regret not reading all the negative reviews before purchasing boots. I've sent multiple emails without a single response. The only communication I received was an order confirmation stating they took my money. Now, I have to go through the process of getting my money back. Their site should be taken down to prevent others from losing their money.
Total scam as everyone else is saying! Feel like an idiot I had no idea people did this but will always read reviews in the future. Looks like they’ve even stopped the automated replies as I haven’t had anything back.The bot replying to the reviews is fairly prompt though fair play.
Just like the geezer who left the last review the exact same story. I ordered some Helly Hanson work boots £106 so not cheap 2-3 days delivery. Well nothing so contacted customer service and after 3 emails got told that there is a 2 week delivery as they have to come from Holland. It is now over 4 weeks and nothing has turned up ignored my 3rd email so asked for a refund! I feel sorry for the bloke walking from Holland to the UK with everyone's items I presume it takes 5 weeks to get here by foot? He is going to have sore feet and a wasted journey. Yes I'm being sarcastic!!! Use another company people this one is up there in the top 10 of bad companies to use.

Placed an order for some work t-shirts over 2 weeks ago for almost £500. No sign of delivery or tracking information and despite multiple emails for an update they do not respond. Terrible customer service, starting to think I have been scammed so will contact my bank as a fraudulent transaction. Avoid!
Don't waste your money I ordered some helly hanson work boots on the 6/4/25 still haven't received anything I have sent emails asking for a refund nothing no reply shocking company I don't leave reviews for anything but I have this time to hopefully help others wasting there time and money
