Unacceptable service from this provider.

Unacceptable service from this provider. I had a subpar experience with them previously but decided to give them another chance by ordering some items on December 9th. Now, on December 23rd, my two items still haven't arrived, and I have no idea when they will. I reached out via email, and they assured me a response within 48 hours, but I haven't heard back at all. I'm left in the dark about the status of my items—whether they're on their way or when they might arrive. I certainly won't be using their services again once my items finally show up... if they even do. I recommend staying far away from this provider.

Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience. Do not purchase from this service. There is no customer support or accountability. I can't secure a refund for my order. This feels like a scam and they should be shut down. I'm claiming via credit card.

Skeptical at first, but pleasantly surprised

Initially, I was quite skeptical after reading the reviews as my delivery deadline approached. I contacted the support team and spoke to a really helpful representative who checked on my order and called me back with delivery dates. She provided a solution for a different item, but I really wanted the one I ordered. I thought it might take another week due to international shipping. However, she called me back with great news that my item was ready for dispatch that same day. I was thrilled as I urgently needed them. This was on the 16th, and by the 17th, I had my order delivered. Communication was key, and they did everything possible to ensure my delivery was prompt. The item itself is fantastic and meets all my needs. It was packaged well, and I can't fault the speedy delivery. Thank you for the great service; I would definitely use them again.

Awful experience with this service

Awful experience with this service. I had ordered items previously and it wasn't great, but I decided to give them another chance. Never received my order

I ordered work boots on November 3rd, and they never arrived. I emailed multiple times without any replies for weeks. They eventually mentioned shipping issues, but those were never resolved. I requested a refund and am still waiting. I recommend avoiding this service as it feels like a scam.

No tracking information and no response

I ordered a pair of safety trainers last weekend and still haven't received a tracking number. After placing my order, I found numerous negative reviews and have tried emailing them twice without any response. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Where are my shoes?

I ordered safety shoes on October 21st. Given the 7-9 business days they specified, I expected them by now, but it's been 16 working days. The job is almost finished, and still no shoes. I've sent four emails with no response. It seems they monitor their website more than their customer service, so if someone could update me on the situation, that would be appreciated.

Terrible company with no communication

I ordered a specific item with 2-3 day delivery or 9-10 days if shipping from abroad on October 20th. As of November 9th, I'm still waiting with no response to my emails. This company has taken my payment but failed to deliver. It feels like a scam! I sent a second email on November 15th, still chasing my delivery, but no reply. Avoid this company at all costs!

Frustrating experience with my order

I ordered items on October 28th and was informed that my order was lost by the shipping service. They promised to resend it, but when I requested a refund, I received no response. I called three days ago to cancel my order, and they said they would call me back. Overall, a frustrating experience with this service.

Five months without delivery. Avoid!

I ordered boots in May and never received them. I emailed for answers and called them, but they just offered alternatives I didn't want. I agreed to wait two more weeks, but now it's October 22nd, and they're still not here. Terrible service.
