Still waiting for my shoes from last year

I ordered shoes this month last year and still haven't received them. I've emailed them monthly, and it's always the same response: 'We've forwarded your email to the relevant department and will ship immediately!' Terrible service, awful customer support, and a scam company. I've never waited a YEAR for something that was supposed to ship in 15 days.

Don't waste your money!

I ordered from them a month ago and haven't received my order. I tried contacting them and got no response. Terrible communication. Don't waste your money; I've learned the hard way.

Complete scam with no refund

Do not order from this seller. I NEVER received my shoes or a refund, but they will respond to your emails just to dismiss you and act like they're resolving the issue.

You won't get your product!

This seller refused to issue a refund for a product that was backordered for 2 months, and they never shipped it. They took my money and removed comments warning others from shopping with them. Their service is inconsistent and disheartening, especially as people try to support small businesses only to be taken advantage of. Please report them!
