I have held two insurance policies with this company for more than three years. I submitted my first claim in December 2025 for a cracked screen, which is included in my coverage. They denied the claim without providing any explanation.
I haven't had much experience yet since I haven't filed a claim, but the Quote Requests were easy to fill out. It appears they cover all significant potential issues. We will see how responsive they are if a claim is needed. Overall, a very easy process.
