Super competitive prices and perfect quality. I placed an order at 11.30 am Friday, spent over £30 so i qualified for free delivery and it already arrived thr next day on the Saturday afternoon! Amazing service will definitely be buying from again 🙌🏻
No customer service. Purchased a scooter for our sons birthday which looked fantastic , until we opened scooter to notice it is faulty. We took photos of fault and emailed in a few times now and have never received a response. The phone number provided on the website also rings out. We are now left with a disappointed child on his birthday and a faulty scooter which cannot be used. Disappointed.

I ordered a toy for my grandson's birthday, and found he'd already got it. Contacted Wowow, and they held up dispatch, so I could choose again, rather than having to do a return and reorder. They kept in contact and were very polite and helpful. 'Over and above' service!! Thank you Wowow!

Ordered 5 items of Lego for presents to grandchildren. Order received very promptly but came in 2 separate deliveries on same day, 1 item in first delivery then other 4 items in second delivery…..all items just individually wrapped in plastic, no protection at all, not even put in separate box….hence 3 items crushed and ruined and other 2 slightly damaged….not very impressed with way items are sent out…waiting a response to my email regarding a refund….
