Order was returned to supplier by delivery company after it said there were 2 missed drop offs. Wowow toys email the next day and offered a refund or a rescheduled delivery. I opted for a refund in case there was a repeat problem with the delivery. I received the refund within 3 days. I feel this was all dealt with very efficiently.

Super fast transaction, confirmation and delivery. Fantastic service despite it being so close to Christmas and you have to expect delays or issues etc, however toys arrived the next day! Happy with all the items for a fantastic price! And May I also add this is the first time I have received a email from a seller to say thank you for my first purchase and reassurance in case issues occur. It was a very friendly and reassuring email. This service can be faulted. Fantastic

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE my order never turned up then I was delivered a huge green bike instead of what I had ordered took them ages to sort out it being collected, they then gave me a voucher to say sorry but the items I ordered never came, eventually when my original order showed up it was as pictures on the website it was a miniature version and when I asked to return they refuse to refund the delivery and wanted to charge me another £10 for them to collect it.
