I bought for the first time off the website because of what looked like great prices and quality. I'm very wary of buying off new websites. I wasn't dissapointed! The item arrived the very next day and the product is exactly as it is on the website. Very happy customer and we are going to have one very happy little girl!
I bought a toy pram from this company but there was a slight problem with the apron. I wrote to the company to ask if they could send a replacement apron but the company went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase by sending me an entirely new pram. My 3-year old granddaughter will be thrilled to bits.
